I like these drills. Meg does an incredible job in all her videos. She's my "go to" KZfaq coach. Having had to deal with this issue in the past, I have found some success by having the player try to "feel" their right shoulder (for a right handed hitter) pushing their swing as opposed to there left shoulder pulling as they swing. I think adding these two drills to the "push rather than pull" drill I currently use will be of great benefit. Thanks Meg!!
