Does it bother anyone else that he uses the stream setting on his spray bottles it makes me wanna cry

Save money by having your own good quality misting sprayer. Just twist theirs off and twist yours on. In my opinion some of these companies use sprayers that use up as much product as possible, so you have to go out and buy more. The stream spray of the Americana uses more product and is not necessary. If the sprayer misted the product on, you would get more product coverage and less waste. Cheap trick on their customers in the name of money.

Jimbo is it possible to do a video (tutorial) from start to finish on your level 1 ($210.00) detail so a customer could see what makes it different then just a car wash and why it cost what it cost due to the skill, labor, tools and products. most people do not understand the cost associated and think it's just soap, water and (minimum) labor. as well as time. not like the tools we use come from the corner auto store or big box stores. if I'm investing in quality tools and products I should be compensated for such as I'm brand building and not buying at WALMART type stores. i think this would help quite a few folks from the (thrifty) customer to the novice detailer to even the pro detailer that is not being paid for their skill, knowledge ,labor or tools and products

I usually go with Meguiar's d101 or the wheel brightener.

For Non-Acid I’ve grown to like P&S Brake Buster. It really will foam up well in the iK and even if you spray it directly from the bottle, it foams very well and allows you to easily clean the wheel.

I've used the Meguiars following the directions and it didn't clean the rim or tire well at all. I tried it again the next time I washed my car but let it sit for about 2 minutes and it cleaned up my rim and tire on par with the results you got from the Americana.

Show us a comparison of 'Nanoskin Non-Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner'...cheap and effective!

The A.Global works really good from show but the bottle spray pattern looks like it has your had cramping. If the spray nozzle was similar to Meguairs then it would be A1 in my opinion. Or maybe just pouring the contents out into a new bottle might do the trick.

Have not heard of Americana Global. Will have to try. I think the Hot Rim’s wheel and tire cleaner is better then what then the non acid cleaner. I use that to clean my tires works well.

I've been using Flash Brown Royal for a long time now, and have no reason to change. It's spray on, hose off with no agitation unless it's a really neglected wheel. A gallon lasts me a few years, dilute it 4:1 :)

If you had included Adams the tire would have crapped itself.😂

I didn't know about Americana Global.

i notice the meguiars iron removing spray clay works better on wheels then the wheel cleaner when there is heavy brake dust and grime. the wheel cleaner is better for routine maintenance cleanings.

Adams wheels and tire cleaner is what im using right now

I just use LA awesome all purpose cleaner for the wheels and tires and it works great. Also cheap especially if you buy the gallon size.

The Eagle One Triple Cleaning Foam in the can is also amazing for $2.99. Their Plasticoat is great also for the price.

Is there really any reason the buy a “tire cleaner” over a degreaser. I tried CC Diablo and I have to say it’s a waste. Surely they make something that just breaks it down and you spray it off with little to no agitation.

I finally tried some Meguiar's Wheel Brightener, and boy it worked well. Obviously not for tires. While it is an acid cleaner, its pH is only around 5. So, the chemical alchemy goes well beyond acidity. It's cheap in the gallon jug, where I dilute it 4:1 (where the water would raise the pH). I get the idea of an iron fallout remover, but I'm not convinced this approach makes sense for wheels. Optimum Power Clean undiluted for the tires works well, but I always agitate. But then the tires are fine for months with merely a quick wash.

The tire & wheel cleaners are nice & every brand seems to be coming out with one but it only saves you money from buying those brands separate wheel & tire cleaners but they all do the same as a degreaser which I can dilute as needed & much more cost effective

I see the Americana has a sprayer like the Adams wheel and tire cleaner. I don't like it, seems like much more product needs to be used to spread it

Non Acid for the win unless you have heavy brake dust and have well experience with acid then use the acid other wise stick to non acid🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

This says in the instructions spray on leave for 30 seconds and throughly clean not leave for 30 seconds and clean off with water you have aggitate with a wheel brush

Price point is a little high, think Eagle one wins that, I actually don’t like the foaming for tire cleaner. I take the foaming tip off the eagle one and get a nice coat on everything.

Orange citrus degreaser at Dollar Tree works just as good as these $8-12 bottles

I understand testing the chemicals raw is the best way to see what sort of cleaning power they have. However, are we trying to go completely touchless at this point? As far as I know, touchless washes aren't as effective as a manual wash for removing dirt and grime.

The Americana was used on the front tire and still it did better...front wheel and tire are usually dirtier

Not a fair comparison as one product was used on the front wheel and the other was used on the rear wheel.

The Meguiars tire cleaner, you are supposed to agitate. it says directly on the product label. Of course it is not going to work efficiently as you didn't follow the directions.
