I keep coming back to that bit from 1:20 to around 1:27, my god. That fill is so tight, tasty, dynamic, and that little ride bell hit at the end is so perfectly placed. The way he just eases back into the main groove too, so good.

Great song and really tight playing with a sweet touch. I'm hearing some Will Kennedy influence, but DC really has it going on. The cymbals present a very nice palette of sounds. Great stuff!

Great playing. Cymbals this dry do nothing for me though. Feel like I have to strain to even hear them. Maybe it's too many years of drum corps snare drumming.
