Hi, I have installed an Android system version 11 . The aux is showing in main nenu but there is still no sound in KZfaq videos. She Bluetooth, radio and telephone playing fine. What must be the problem?

So like me you have no aux connection? And aux connector is no connected to nothing how do i sort this? Am hearing the software Vediamo is only thing to sort it

I have the same problem, and I think from what I have been researching you have to have AUX or AMI input, otherwise the audio system will not be completed

Hello. What if you do not have AMI port in your glovebox? and i dont have AUX port either. Can you please help me? Because the PDF does not fix my problem.

Hi if you don't have it you might need to ask your supplier for a audio box that will plug in to your original headunit.

@@jayvarads Is it not possible to listen to calls and navigation through the car speakers on the android system? I understand that you can't while you're in the Mercedes oem system, but if you listen to the music with app radio and Google maps, it should be heard through the speakers of the car.

Most likely voice commands. It should attach somewhere in the main harness that came with the screen.

Приветствую, подскажи пожалуйста я сегодня тоже установил данный девайс но у меня 4.5 нтг, у меня что-то звука из андроида нет совсем, аукс в команде активирован выбран как источник звука но всё равно нет звука, не в курсе в чем может быть проблема?

Yes I have fixed now, the aux wasn't plugged in to the loom correctly and the AMI cable was faulty.

@@Ghadawi2804 on the wiring loom there is a audio in/out cable, you need to plug the aux cable from the audio out in to the AMI adapter in the glove box. Once the aux has been activated from the ntg menu the sound will start to work.
