Many people actually done cartoon voice characters in history no one can actually beat Mel Blanc by a long shot. Rest in Peace Mel Blanc (1980-1989). You were actually considered to be a Man of A Thousand Voices. He made lots of kids laugh in his heyday at children's hospitals, hospitals, schools, elsewhere.
