Hi Alex, Unfortunately not yet. We created an LLC with the intention of doing so. At the moment it’s on pause for several reasons: Mortgage rates are horrendous right now. As an investment, we wanted to do a DSCR loan. But the lender we were talking to said that we might not qualify, because we don’t own a First Home. So we had to lean towards the conventional loan mortgage. We held off to free up some debt. My credit scores run from 680-720. I wanted to get both numbers over 700 to not have to deal with being denied. It’s still in the plans. I’m hoping rates will come down or houses drop due to people not buying. Thanks for asking.
