I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k,but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.

I stopped trying to predict market outcomes based on chart studying after 5 years of uncertainty. Not having a mentor caused me 5 years of pain. I learned to follow the market's direction and keep it simple with discipline.

I usually go with registered representatives. Faith Reece has the best performance history (in my opinion) and does offer 1v1 consultation to her capitalists which I think is amazing.

Alhamdulillah for you sister! I'm a 17-year-old Muslim Black(Somali) Entrepreneur and I've finally started to see success with my business. I run a Marketing Agency. This has been a long journey, I started thinking entrepreneurially when I was 14. I read Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich dad poor dad, that book really was my introduction to this. And I was watching Bob Proctors' Seminar "You Were Born Rich" and he said to write down a goal and the date by which you want to achieve it. I wrote $20,000 by July. This is a good goal for me but it didn't make me uncomfortable, it didn't scare me. $50,000 would have been my goal but idk why I felt "that's too much" your video has really inspired me. Thank you. I love you so much, we have so much in common. As a young black Muslim entrepreneur. Thank you for creating your channel!! You are such a beautiful inspiration to me! JazakAllah!!! I am so glad that you discovered this at your age! I mentor girls and I have been through things.... I've been kept from my goals and dreams because I was anyways told NO.... I was never allowed to explore who I am; meaning my purpose! My mother totally controlled my life and because I allowed it because I thought I'd go to HELL if I went against her wishes I'm now realizing at my age that I failed myself.... I wrote a letter to my younger self and I told my younger self to run away from home! I wish I would have! Although I believe that life adjusted itself for me and me the most beautiful child a mother could ever ask for.... All this after being told I couldn't have children! I say this because you need to follow your heart, your mind, your path, your life.... IT'S YOURS AND THAT'S HOW YOU LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES BECAUSE YOU DAMN SURE CAN'T LEARN FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S WHEN YOUR LIFE IS CONTROLLED BY THOSE WHO WANT TO LIVE VICARIOUSLY THROUGH YOU.... I'm in the same exact position as you except I'm turning 16. Over the last few months or so, I have been getting serious about my life and what I want for myself later on. I've been reading, watching, listening, observing, calculating, and noticing things I never did before. I've made a plan for what I want to do with myself from now up to the age of 25. I'm learning so much, but I still have so much more to take in. I just wish I had more people around my age that has that same mindset like you and me in my area. When I was 19, i lost my cousin who was 14 to cancer. She passed away while I was studying abroad in London that summer. She moved her quincenera date so that I could be apart of it before I left to London. I'm forever grateful and that losing someone so young may have traumatized me, but the fire it lit and the success I've experienced I owe to her. I have since helped hundreds of people in her name. It wasn't because I'm a good person, or that I found my own courage. It was all for my cousin. RIP Jenny and thank you for always being with me.

When we bottle things in, that tank of emotions eventually fills up and we need to find a way to empty it so that we can find a healthy reset, some balance. Do me a favor and drop down to one knee for a second, once your knee touches the floor, I need you to get right back up, because when life knocks us down (and it will knock all of us at some point) we get BACK UP!!! Part of life is putting in effort, there's no way around it. Sure some people are lucky and born into fortunate circumstances, but even then, we are likely to lose our place if we don't work to maintain it. Life.TAKES.EFFORT. Start there brotha. I’m in this space right now where I’m a bit overwhelmed with a flow of information that completely debunks society’s go to college, get a good job and buy a home agenda. I’m working my my behind off and studying so much and soon I’m going to begin reading books on entrepreneurship and real-estate/air bnb renovating as I want to do the same things you’ve gotten into. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value

This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name JULIE ANNE HOOVER and everything changed. In in the first quarter of this year i made $370k and counting.

@@mahersaber6381 I hear what you are saying and I agree - We ARE all people, and the media's continued push to divide people rather than unite them is awful. However, systematic oppression exists whether or not it's the media's "agenda" and certain demographics face it more than others. In the US - Women, PoC, and non-Christian's/non-atheists' face oppression as well. It's terrible, but it isn't what my comment was about. I may have wrongly assumed that Inayah faces these things as a generalization, but as she spoke on them effecting her journey it is admirable that she was able to overcome them. We aren't any different, but that doesn't mean we don't face different challenges & experience in our lives.

I appreciate people wanna help, and I don’t have any problems that they ask for money to do it. I just have problems with those people who take so much from someone who has little to nothing just show them step 1 to 10. Some people out there are giving those info out for free. While some sell those courses like they worth more than a human’s organ. So sad…

This is so wonderful, funny thing I was just getting into this sector. I am still in high school but aspire to be an interior designer. I have also had a passion for creating inspiring environments. At some point I was thinking about international real estate. And you are very right about those you don’t understand what entrepreneurship is, even I still don’t fully understand. Great video and very inspiring. However, I do suggest to add more value. There's some pattern that all the KZfaqrs do not talk about the REAL methods. I understood that after reading an eBook with more information than on YT. No one is talking on how to outrank competitors and have higher ranking listing, how to bring additional traffic outside of Airbnb, how to do proper SEO optimization etc...

@@stevekannan6076 Both LA and San Diego have highly regulated Airbnb markets. However it can be anywhere. The main key is to find a landlord who's willing to accept arbitrage. With some key points it's easier to convince them.

I understand you need the legal protection of an LLC but, from what I've seen, many Airbnb hosts start a corporate housing company LLC? Do I need a separate LLC to start listing? I'd ideally just like one LLC but just don't know the logistics/ legality of it.

Thank you so much. I first saw you on a video where you were randomly approached by a young asking advise on how to make money. I was wishing that I saw you again, then ran into this video. I will go to your training website and enroll. I was literally feeling down, couldn’t attend church today. My hair is bad, I feel like I have no time and no money; and approaching 40. It’s a bad roughy thing I’ve been going through. There I was on the couch, browsing with one hand and holding my daughter who always needed me because she is diagnosed with trisomy 21, and I perpetually felt guilty because I have no time for her being a graduate student. Then I saw your video. It’s life changing. I want to learn and escape this feeling. I want to be able to afford to help people, not with my student stipends and student loans any longer. The biggest mistake you can make is feel yourself superior compared to other ones. Not listening to somebody just because they don't meet your standard doesn't mean that they don't know something you don't know. Always listen..if you really have read "how to make friends and influence people" then you should know that this is one of the most important rules of the book
