Stevie thank you for keeping it real. I love hip-hop, it’s easily my favorite form of music without a doubt. But there are people in hip-hop that will not take Mitch flat out that they are racist towards Eminem. I’m half Navajo and half white but if I speak up for Eminem in any capacity at all, the fact that I am not black seems to automatically disqualify me from any of the conversations. I’m in a group on Facebook called real hip-hop nations and it’s full of people, who for the most part have really great music taste but the minute they see someone’s skin color they start telling us we don’t know what hip hops about in the start saying things about our lives that in all reality, they know nothing about what they’re speaking of. I would never assume by anyone’s musical taste, that I can judge the type of life they had or what they can, or can’t relate to. Eminem has given back to hip-hop more than 90% of the hip-hop artist in the game have. It’s amazing to me the things people want to call M&M out for but then they are perfectly fine with watching Diddy sign artist, and Rob them of all the rides, make money off a few singles and then throws them out in the streets and everyone’s OK with that.
