I got my first pair of dr martens in high school. It was 1998 and they were a pair of cherry red Mary Janes. My mother would not by me any full price items, but I was lucky enough to find a near brand new pair at Salvation Army for like $10. I loved those shoes so much and it was so hard to get rid of them, but they fell out of style and my dad was a minimalist so we had a yard sale every 6 months and he would make us get rid of anything we hadn’t worn or used since the last yard sale.

I got the floral sinclairs as my first docmartens. They're very very gorgeous. Still figuring out how to style them.

I love the pink ones towards the end! I recently bought some pink boots and I'm obsessed! Plan to wear them at the end of this month bc it's still hot where I am.

WOW! That is an impressive collection. Love the cherry red colour :) If having all those boots makes you happy then why not I say. Plus quite a few will go up in value too if they are rare so may end up being an investment ;)

My favorite pair i own is either my wing tip platform "doctor " shoes as you called them or my white church boot (monkey boot) my first pair was a black pair of the 1460s that i found for $20 at goodwill they were brand new which made it even more better that pair is what started my obsession for sure

I have 6 pairs and 2 on the way - glad you like the flower sinclairs as they are one pair I’ve had in the sale and some white mono Jadons so excited for them. I try to buy the vegan ones if available . The Jadon max have killed my feet but they are starting to wear in now . I’m a 4 but I find they fit better as a 3 but take long to break in. My new ones are 4 so I’ll need insoles . I only bought my first pair in August I need to stop now !! Love my knee high boots (Audrick ) currently the most . I had some limited edition vegan ones with charms on and I can’t bring myself to wear they as they are beautiful but also very very noisy to wear. Think I’ll try a review vid too for fun .

I love my 1B60s so much I couldn't wear them out of the house. I need to get another pair, but I'm so stuck on the fence between the Audrick 20-eyelet boot and the 1B60 Bex. I also really want a pair of 2976 Wintergrips because they are just so practical and they are really quick and easy to get in and out of. I already have three pairs since I got my very first pair in 2019. I just don't think you can have too many pairs of doc martens. I even have a dream outfit where I was wearing all black jeans, a black slim fit jacket, a doc martens backpack, doc martens socks, and a matching key lanyard (if I'm lucky enough to find something like that). I might sound crazy but this is real and I might as well just be a walking billboard lol

FUN VIDEO!! I recently got the Devon Heart boot in cream. They are quite heavy. My problem with the boot is that the tongue falls to the outside ankle and it's annoying. Do have any advice on getting that tongue to stay in place? I would appreciate any tips.

I keep wanting a pair, I want a platform style but I'm a 2.5 and they just don't make any in the kids section with the thicker sole 😭. I also want the iridescent ones but I hear bad things about the synthetic leather that they break really easily.

How much do the the pairs with the buckles fit compared to normal boots. I’m the standard i size down I assume would do the same with the buckle ones?

I have a assortment of doc's boots and shoes over 50 but having uk 8.5 size feet I always go for 9 and rely on laces or buckles to get the right fit. Sandals usually a 8 .Would love to have a pair of Chelsea boots have you tried a pair would you say a 8 or 9 would be best fit.

It’s so funny that you dress up to go in the car and pick up coffee. I put effort into getting dressed (outside of athleisure or joggers and a hoodie), maybe once a year. I live in Southern California, so 99% of the time I am wearing flip flops. However, it’s so funny how many pairs of shoes is own despite the fact that I wear each pair maybe once every few years. The good thing, though, is that any pair of shoes I buy will last me, literal, decades. I have a pair of converse (chucks) that I was given for Christmas 21 years ago. Back then, when I was 18, I wore them all the time. I probably spent a good 3 years wearing them almost every day and then again in my late 20s, I wore them every day and they still look brand new. I also wear kids size 3.5, so on top of having shoes forever, I also get most of my shoes for half the price of regular women’s shoes.

Why don’t you take a picture of the first pair that are crumbling and contact Dr Martens customer service and ask them if they are prepared to do anything for you and if they are not what do they recommend?

U got the entire store lol i have the basic ones i need one pair of each:: high heel black boots, jadon black, cherry color boots, Quad white boots, white platform sandals, black sandals n combs boots white for hiking,.Thats enough for all my outfits all year round if i want to wear them but dont wear them much bcuz i have other shoes like 6 pairs of golden goose shoes i love glittery shoes, 3 pairs of hermes sandals, 1pair of bottega sandals, 4 pairs of ugg sandals, 2 pairs of ugg boots grey/brown platform, also 3 pairs of Vans shoes. i only like having shoes i luv n will go well with my VIBE n outfits. I dont like hoarding things i dont use. I need to just have enough n i believe now this is a good collection i will wear the rest of my life time. I hate heels i will not wear them i cant walk on them plus is not my VIBE.
