Been using melodyne since 2008. Wouldn't dream of using anything else. What other plugins do you like to use?

I mainly use Izotope and Plugin Alliance plugins. You should check out analog obsession plugins they all have oversampling and they are free but if you like them you should donate. He truly creates great plugins. Check them out! www.patreon.com/analogobsession

I actually haven't released this song yet. It's been sitting on my hard drive. I don't have any album artwork to go with it. But it is finished. i got melodyne assitant finally and back to this video. i figured i should have just bought melodyne 5 cause vocalign creates artificial effects when I line the stack vocals, did not give me the result I needed;/ i should ve invested in melodyne 5 instead. ;/

Yeah with not enough information or too much information Melodyne can screw up I'm still learning music theory, well I'm much better now, but when I made this video I had forgotten most I learned in high school cuz that was a long time ago

Does Melodyne ever list modes? because if not, D major is a better approximation to it than G imo, despite the fact that only G shares all the notes kinda like the Sweet Home Alabama debate

Melodyne does do modes but it's some of the advanced features. Maybe I'll do a video on that in the future.

Thanks for getting back to me👍 A tech rep from Celemony actually got back to me via email. It turns out the reason my tempo button wasn't visible was because the plug-in window wasn't fully expanded. Simply grabbing the lower right corner and dragging it revealed the tempo button.

Good video, BUT, I'm over here trying to take notes... and sometimes I can't hear what you're saying because the volume drifts back! For example, at 10:48-10:50 you said, "the lead vocal looks like that, let's make that one *blub blub blub* (inaudible)..." You have potential to have a good channel, but you got to fix that. If people can't understand what your saying in certain parts, they're going to remember that. Yes, there's a lot of good information in here, but it has to be presented better.
