Nah.. As far as i know their old bass player Lori Black was once kicked out for having drug problems. I'm pretty sure Dale is straight edge just like Buzz, taking care of his mental and physical health. Otherwise he wouldn't be their drummer anymore.

When they came down here to New Orleans during the 'Ozma' era, they stayed at my boy Jim Bower (Eyehategod/Down member's) place. They had big ole joints twisted up, ready to burn w/ Melvins, but Melvins were like, "No, thanks. We drink Pepsi." haha!! I asked Buzz about it in '96 at Lollapalooza & he remembered. :)
