Game collections are the best, it's like a physical representation of your best (and worst) gaming memories. Last year I spent waaaay too much on eBay 3ds games, since I'm guessing the prices will get even worse after the eShop closes. And I absolutely NEEDED Poptropica Forgotten Islands. I think. The amount of time and effort you put into these videos really shows. This level of high quality jumps and cuts, jokes and skits back to back is just so hard to achieve and it takes an unbelievable amount of time, hard work and genuine care for your work to be the best it can be. I definitely prefer physical collecting. It helps me keep a better idea of what I already own. However, sometimes there is just a deal too good to pass up to buy digitally. I related a lot to how the collection starts as a kid then just blossoms into something else. Great video!

As a video game collector myself I could very much relate to some of the things you said (Especially putting away the ds game case when you were younger, no idea why I did that) and the video itself was pretty insightful. Hi. I loved how you talked about always wanting the case and manual when purchasing retro games. A few days ago, I purchased a Sega Genesis along side two games: Super Monaco GP and Ecco: The Tides of Time. The case and cartridges were in almost perfect condition, but when I realized they didn’t have manuals I was devastated. And that was when I realized that without a manual, Game cases feel so empty.

As much as I love physical media, I hate to admit it but I prefer playing games on an emulator. The reason for that is because sometimes whenever I buy games, they would coast $40-$50 which to this day I don’t understand why games are like that. That, as well as playing gaming consoles is not only expensive as hell, but they’ll take off space to where I want to put them.
