Tries to erase the memories when you were so stressed

I have really bad memory issues, and cognitive recall issues, and some social workers and one therapist, at the VA, thinks im full of bs because I dont make a whole lot of sense when i talk. I dont know how to describe myself to anyone. Thank you for sharing this video.

Thank you so much for this video I also suffer really bad from ocd I was diagnosed aged 15 and I'm now 22 I'm a lot better than I was when I was first diagnosed but I do still suffer and struggle with it still a lot and I suffer with depression also, I know how horrible it is and I really want to share my story with ice one day too to help other people who suffer from it, and so I want to thank you for these videos as it helps me feel like I'm not alone and the only one feeling the way I do cos of my ocd and depression, I also have memory loss I can't remember how it felt to just live without ocd thoughts as I was fine up until I was 15 when I was diagnosed as a family member passing away triggered it off, thank you for being so brave and helping me
