Nice job. Great video. I've a 03 wide glide with no fairing or windshield. Need to address wind buffeting but never really liked fairings, BUT, I like this one, and think it looks great, and is also detachable. It's gots me interested.

I have the same year Wide Glide and mine came with a totally different head light. I have 11 inch Chubby Outlaw Z handle bars and like you I am tall so I too have them tilted forward. I am hoping because mine are 11 and yours 14, I wont have to move back. Thank you so much for the video! I'm sure you will have saved me a lot of frustration. Any fool can know. Installed my Road Warrior today on my Street Bob with the 13in windshield. I will say this about the install that I haven't ppl talk about that install this fairing. Those to big spacers that go on the headlight extension are hell. You'll get one in but it's so thick I had to grind the other spacer down to get it to fit. But once installed it's beautiful. I'll test it out tomorrow see how the windshield protects me from the wind. I did sit on it and looks like I got the right height. Nice video bro

For anybody who’s about to do this install… Do not forget to use Loctite LOL I forgot and this morning when I checked my shade it was loose and I realized it’s because I forgot to use Loctite, the nuts were coming out… I know it goes without saying on a Harley but be sure to use Loctite

Excellent video man and beautiful bike! have a 2015 wide glide with flames and all. I have two questions for you if you don't mind. One where did you get the faring? Two I currently have a drum air cleaner but it kind of gets on the way of the brake. You have a cone on yours does that help getting to the brake more comfortably. Any input well be much appreciated. Excellent video! might be adding this to my 2012 wideglide. Only issue I foresee is that I'm looking to swap my bars for 14" westcoast T bars but the darker tint is only available up to 11". Do you think that'd look a little silly or should I adjust my build to 12" bars?

Hi i recently purchased a 2010 wide glide im looking to do this same bar set up and fairing what brand are the bars?

I dont know if its just me, Or maybe the angle of the light but it appeared that one of the bolts at the top of your triple tree might be loose.. One of the 2 that have the lock washer on them , that hold the handle bars on. Like I said, it may just be the lighting, but I have a wide glide myself and found on of them was loose , which I had to tighten up.

Did you ever change the headlight? I have a 2011 wide Glide that I want to do the same thing and I have the exact same headlight.

Is this window too high? My vision is below the upper edge and I look through the glass which is not good. I will have to shorten the glass.

. I purchased a sportster from dillion harley in elkorn and the day before harley service went through the bike but screwed up adjusting the spokes and left the rear wheel was 1/4 inch out of true. I get on to go for a ride and the first bump I hit blew the tube. They wouldn't even replace just the tube they claimed the had to replace the undamaged new tire. At the purchase I was told I could buy parts and stuff and add it to the financing. I told them I would order some but if It couldnt be ship to my home I didnt want to order because I lived to far away the parts guy promised it would come to my home that was a lie. The way ot was explained to me Thier service is like all harley. If you spend alot you can expect honest service but if not they dont care that thier poor service might wreck you.
