Please give your giraffes bigger stalls and softer groung to birth on.terrible.

you think someone runs out and puts something soft down when a wild giraffe gives birth? these animals are designed to drop 6 ft onto hardpack ground, it breaks the amniotic sac and kickstarts their lungs so they can live, trust me there is no problem with where these animals are born. As a matter of fact, giraffe calves in zoos get a softer landing than any of the ones born in the wild. Leave the zoo experts alone, I am pretty sure they know a lot more than you do.

Humans should not breed animals in captivity. It is not a good life for the poor confined animal.

Should we let them go extinct in the wild due to human encroachment instead?
