They’ve had it with the entitlement, the brattiness, the egos, the list of icks that attacks basically all men... the list goes on. Today, we’re talking about men’s response to the “Sprinkle Sprinkle” trend where women encourage other women to do nothing yet expect everything.

Everything these people say sounds like a threat " take me to the ATM", "choose me or you'll end up alone", "pay my ridiculous bills" "if you can't afford me, get a second or even third job" But lots of men are still choosing women like this so I'm not sorry for them but I respect the ones calling out this "stay at home prostitutes"

@@glorypi27I can’t believe the rude and unfair comments to your post. There’s a lot more to being an at-home wife and mom. Admittedly, there are some lazy women who do indeed “lay around” and do nothing all day, but a good woman takes care of the children and the home. We get the kids ready for school, clean, cook, do laundry, help the kids with their homework, and make sure they go to bed at the proper time. Not to mention taking care of the family when they’re sick, taking them to school functions, and being the emotional support for her family. A good wife and mother doesn’t have time to “lay around.” We barely have time to breathe.

You make a lot of great points Bret, and you articulate things really well. The issue is that most women 1.) don’t watch stuff like this 2.) don’t want to be told anything by anyone because they think they’re being belittled and 3.) don’t know what real relationships are supposed to be. They think it’s going out to brunch every weekend, going out to dinner AT LEAST once a week, going shopping for new clothes at least once a month, and having the guy cough up all of this while also paying for the house, food at home, all the bills, doing/paying someone when taxes roll around. The thing is, we’d be willing to do this, but it’s actually not really possible unless you’re making at least 70k a year. And that’s not the average wage. So the solution would be to have her chip in at least. The amount of women willing to pitch in is very scarce, and even if they are, their job makes them less likely to get into a relationship because they’re just as tired after work as guys are and don’t want to go out. So you can either get a girl who doesn’t work, doesn’t respect you, and treats you like a doormat. Or you can just hope that the universe decides that you can get a relationship and a series of coincidences occur that allow you to meet someone who is just as tired and fed up with corporate America as you and is your type, and likes you back, and isn’t a liberal, and has common sense. 👍

Seeing someone ‘on the other side of the political aisle’, who actually talks sense, gives me some hope our generation might actually just get a grip about non-issues, start making sense and having mutual respect enough to sit down, find common ground and work for common good. This behaviour was already a red flag for me 10, 15 years ago, before I met my wife... I'd always pay for the first date anyway, but a woman that offers to share the bill displays good character, and if the date was already good, it's an absolute win. I'd usually politely decline it, pay the bill, and tell her she can invite me for the next one. It's good that they are making their intentions crystal clear these days, it would save me from going to a first date with any of them, and I'm sure most men feel the same.

I’ve retreated from social media for the most part. Commentary and benign content like homesteading, DIY/home renovation/design on youtube is about as far as I go anymore. I realized some time ago that I select for people who are not insane in my real life. I don’t need the stress and demoralization of hearing the thoughts of all these random, narcisstic, sociopathic, shallow people babbling incoherent nonsense on the internet that I would never chose to give any of my time or attention to in real life . Having said that, I love watching Bret get riled up about this shite. It’s very satisfying 😃 It’s like having David Attenborough show me around the Savannah explaining the curious behaviours of the strange species around us.

I have never measured my worth by my looks or how much money is spent, thanks Dad! I feel very lucky to have made it to adulthood with a series of skills and knowledge bases that would complement any lifestyle. So when someone asks what I bring to the table, it’s everything from changing my oil, doing body work, painting, working hard and playing harder to navigating social interaction smoothly, being a good hostess, and a decent and kind human being. My husband didn’t have a specific visual “type” in mind and neither did I. We each just wanted a partner who wanted to make a life together and would be all in.

I was raised to believe in a traditional environment, where a man is a man and a woman is a woman. The man works and the woman works until kids come in the picture. Once kids come in the picture then the woman cooks, cleans, takes care of the kids, and all that. If you want a man to take care of you, you have to be bringing that to the table at least, but I get it not everybody can have that because single mothers and fathers. But with this lady, she’s talking about bringing nothing to the table and that’s just a big nope cause it’s dumb as idk what.

No shit, it's dumb. But they didn't attack tater tot (who's mor dangerous) and all of men like this.
@Jennzz10
@Jennzz10 Ай бұрын
Also, it's not empowering to women to not have any life skills. Like I want to know how to do stuff for myself and have something to offer the world. The problem with having only a traditional role as a woman is that men aren't known to be faithful or good to their wives and kids. So when they cheat, beat, gamble, start new families, etc, what are the women supposed to do to support themselves, and probably their kids, financially.

Some of what sprinkle preaches is true and the other stuff is satire. What is true is that men have no issue with asking a woman for sex directly and indirectly. Why can’t women do the same with money?

Women need to work. Corporate, service, healthcare, home making, all contain working women. This entitlement that TikTok “women” are showcasing brings shame to our mothers, grandmothers, and great grandmothers. And we wonder why the insanity has been exponentially increasing in the last 5 years. Keep speaking to the younger generation Brett 🧡 Fellow Millennials, we created Instagram, now let’s just work on maintaining what we have in real life and becoming worthy role models. We don’t need to have it all, no one gets to have it all and if they seem like they do, they aren’t as happy as their profile picture.
