NOW WE GET ONTO THE DESTRUCTIVENESS OF JUST .001 percent .So .001 percent of 3,846,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 is 3.846e+27 which is still a massive number! .To put this into comparison a megaton or approximately 66,666 Hiroshimas is only 4.18e+15 joules .The Tsar Bomba, the largest bomb ever detonated has a yield of 50 Megatons, when multiplied by 4.18e+15 the output is approximately 2.09e+17. This means that the Tsar Bomba, the largest bomb ever detonated, gives out only 2.09e+17 joules of energy not even close to .001 of the gun which remember gives out 3.846e+27 Joules of energy. .With all this being said lets compare the power of only .001 of this gun to the Asteroid that made the Dinosaurs extinct and wiped out 70% of life on Earth .The Asteroid that wiped out the Dinosaurs extinct has the power of nearly 10 billion of the Nuclear Bombs dropped on Hiroshima .The Tsar bomba is equal to 3,333,333 Hiroshima bombs. The Asteroid is equal to 3,000 Tsar Bombas. This means the Asteroid that wiped out 70% of all living organisms on Earth only gave off a yield of 6.27e+20 Joules which still isn't close to the yield of .001 percent of the gun or 3.846e+27 Joules. .When dividing .001% of the guns power to the yield of the Asteroid that wiped the Dinosaurs from existence I get an answer of 6133971 .In conclusion .001% of this guns power is the equivalent to approximately 6,133,971 Dinosaurs killing Asteroids. As a result of firing this God Like gun on .001%, every living organism on earth would immediately eradicate in an instant meaning the entire surface of Earth including the oceans would be a rocky, molten, apocalyptic wasteland.... .

I honestly think, and this is from someone who loves this film in the same vein as the first 3 films, that the worst part of International is M not only spent 20 years just searching for the MIB but also in that time somehow managed to learn more than agent H who even if he's not the 'same agent' he once was should know WAY more basics than M should.

The only way i can see that fantasy super gun possible is if it's not actually containing that Blue giant star but instead the chamber is a quantum tunnel that's drawing power from that star that's out there in some light years of space. But that also makes it even more weirder than it already is....since it has the ability to fold out like that suggesting it also manipulates non Euclidean dimensional geometry. This is like a Type 6 level civilization tech.
