What’s happening in this Men in Black International movie clip?
Agent H (Chris Hemsworth from Thor and The Avengers) and Agent M (Tessa Thompson from Thor Ragnarok and Creed) fight Riza (Rebecca Ferguson from The Greatest Showman and Mission Impossible 7) and her bodyguard Luca Brasi. Agent M realizes that Lucas is the little alien she rescued when she was younger. To thank her, Luca lets Agents M and H escape while he holds Riza back.

I don't think Molly will remember this Tarantian, When they usually become an agent of The Men In Black they'll neutralize (erase) their past memories, So if that has ever happened to her when she Joined The Men In Black she won't remember this Tarantian.

Neither J, nor K until he quit the MIB, had their past memories erased. We see or hear them recall their pasts many times. The MIB just erases any record of their existence from databases.

@@danieldickson8591 In the first movie in the very beginning when they caught Mikey that alien could've called Agent K. by his real name but he didn't. Even when Agent K nurilized Agent J & gave him A card to show up at THE M. I. B. Headquarters right then & there Agent J could've said to "Agent k "who are you?". So at any point they could've said there name's or A per that they Knew could've said their name but it never happened.

@Nero X Well look at Agent J. Before he joined M. I. B. Agent K. used his neuralyzer on Agent J. In M. I. B. 3 Agent K used his neuralyzer Agent J. when he was just A little boy. So ladies & gentlemen what is "A neuralyzer" it is an object that if you don't sheild your eye's you'll be neutralized witch means YOU LOSE YOUR MEMORY.

@@justinl.shults7217 Its designed to remove specific memories. The point being made is that do not neuralyze your entire past life, that would contradict the reason individuals are chosen for MIB. They are picked based on who they are due to their past experiences and history and personality. Remove their entire past you remove that, and they won’t understand what to do. Like what cant you understand that they don’t neuralyze their entire history, and that neuralyzers can be set to specific time frames. Come on man

When Agent K meet Agent J; K neutralized J, yes it is a fact. But to be clear the MIB's standard procedure is to erase alien interactions and evidence of all people who are not yet a part of the MIB's memories. So at the time K erased J's memory it was only because J was not an Agent yet. A better example to prove agents retain their previous memory is Agent L, Dr. Laurel Weaver the medical examiner from MIB 1. Agent K had neutralized her several time before becoming an agent. She later became the MIB scientific officer; if they neutralized her entire memory how could she remember what she learned in medical school? As Mysticalcyan said and for example, if they erased Agent J's memory completely; he would completely lose not only his NYPD training, but all his personality that made him an ideal Agent. I'm sure Agents are neutralized after some missions in extreme cases, but never given a complete memory wipe. If they did, new agents would need to be completely retrained. Instead we see Agent J started working with Agent K hours maybe minutes after becoming an Agent. We know this because Agent K was still working the same assignment.
