Never get it confused. Bodybuilding is not at all healthy, it's similar to being obese. It puts alot of strain on the heart to pump the amount of blood needed.

The title of this video is a bit misleading. Samson Dauda, whilst he may arguably be the most muscular bodybuilder right now purely based on his stage weight, is not the No.1 bodybuilder in the world. That title should go to Hadi Choopan, who is the current Mr. Olympia, which is the biggest and most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world right now. Nice video though, Samson really seems like a decent guy and a gentle giant.

4:28 Unfortunately, in swimming and many other sports, too much mass can yield high water resistance, this is why bodybuilder's aren't typically on the pool deck (Just because they wear Speedos, doesn't mean they can swim).
