So the curl enhancing smoothie is the main thing for getting your curls right (I already have a gel and ive seen many others using that exact product so I wanted to know also my hair is short to medium length)

Yeah it’s the main product. Make sure your hair is wet and well hydrated if it’s too dry no matter what product you put it won’t do much

Tip: never put anything in your hair right after moisturizing, you should leave the moisturizer in your hair for at least 5-10 minutes first. Don't believe me, look it up. But well done I love ot

You get better results with long hair so I would say it’s up to you if you wanna try with shorter hair.

I use only the products you see in this video. When it comes to your hair growth and falling off I would say check your diet to make sure you’re not eating something that may cause this or indulging in life habits that can be detrimental to your health like alcohol,smoking and other drugs.

You can. It does help just make sure that it’s not too strong otherwise it will dry your hair too much. You need your hair to me moisturized if you want your curls to be radiant.

That would depend on the length of hair you have. The more hair the easier it will fall because of the weight and gravity.Usually the more hydrated your hair is ( the more wet it is) the higher chances it will fall down paired with your hair’s length. Hope that helps✌🏾

Room temperature but you can use cold as well I don’t recommend hot because it will increase frizz and can damage hair

How long dos your hair have to be? My hair almost reaches my nose when its stretched and i've been growing it out for 10 months.

If it reaches your nose that’s a good length. A good rule of thumb I use is if you can see your hair in-front of your face when you pull it down then you should be able to do this technique.

I do it everyday but you can do it every other day like every 2 days and the day you don’t do the whole process just add water and gel instead of the curling enhancing smoothie and you should be good to go

It’s called a bald fade so they cut the hair on the sides to a 0 and then fade the rest

Make sure to eat healthy and use products that don’t have sulfates and other cancerous ingredients

Depends on how you keep your hair if you go to sleep they are most likely gonna get flattened. I’d say usually a few days. I redo it often basically everyday so that it’s more fresh and lively.

It depends on the length of your hair if you can see your hair when you pull it down. As in between your eyes and your hair is at your nose length then you can do this method.

It can last a few days but I re do it daily to have it look better but if you want you can just put water and shake and it should still work or just gel you don’t have to add the curling enhancing smoothie every time but you can

You can get build up if you add too much products shampoo at least once a week condition at least every day or every once in a while when you shower to make sure your hair is hydrated

Usually it can take from 1-3 hours from my experience or you can either add less product or use a hair dryer to get it to dry quicker
