In ignoring the things looking into women, I think asking salary is fair but 99% time it is the first query because they will not gonna look for other things if salary is not enough, saying this from personal experience and I have good income so I get interest from bridge family but I used to reject because those women are not earning enough as compare to me and No one like to be an ATM , its an objectification, Its good if some women are not like that but many women are unfortunately, I am not saying its not fair , woman are wrong , but its create the same pressure that women feel on doing work as a house wife, In equality both parties will have same financial level and ready to take home responsibility similarly but unfortunately its divided in gender roles and both taking pressure women for house holds and men for salary

What I am trying to say that both can share the responsibilities of household chores and financial .it is not necessary to take all load of financial pressure/household pressure on your shoulders .it is better we don't force anyone to give up their careers
