Wire can be found at most hardware stores. Larger bracelet uses 6/7 (6 gauge total of 7 strands). I also made a smaller bracelet using 10/7 (10 gauge/7 strand) that I stripped off the plastic. Check this video to see how: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ntWXl9Botpa-ioU.html

Just made this. Now I have about 10 nice pieces for copper rings. "Waste not" is my motto. I did a separate hook piece also. Thank you for this tutorial ☺♥

TIP from Joan: "Wrap the outer wire once or twice then cut the other 5 pieces, then continue to do the last wrap or two and it really hides/tucks in the cut pieces. Still enough of a wrap around to hold it together. No sharp edges".

Fabulous. I saw it on the Canadian website but could only see the plastic coated one on the US site. You can always buy the plastic coated and strip the plastic!

@@kathy4451 Hi Kathy: I bought it so many years ago I forget exactly where. For sure it was in Canada. I think you can also buy it by the foot. A bracelet made in the same diameter as either the Pandora beads or Thai silver beads could have them added before the second end is finished.

I use Argentium silver wire that tarnishes less than sterling. You can purchase on Etsy.

15 inch strands will make what size bracelet? 7 inch? 8 inch?

I tend to cut my wires longer to be sure. Should be good with 15 inch for an 8 inch bracelet.
