Got inspired to go back to gymnastics for the first time in FOUR YEARS (quit when I was 19; now I’m 23) this week, and I loved it! I had so many more skills than I ever expected, and it’s such an incredible feeling to be back at it. Thanks for the inspiration, Nile! ❤️

Love the videos Nile! I was in an accident which injured my knee over a year ago and I’m no longer able to play soccer/football. At first I was really disappointed, but you have really inspired me to keep pushing through physical rehabilitation so I can hopefully get better soon and get back to at least running. For jumps you should measure feet from floor as apposed to height can reach with hand because luke will reach higher but may have jumped the same amount but it may seem different because he's long limbed. I'm not good as wording but hope you get what I mean xx

when I was in gymnastics and we did handstand competitions, we could choose our position (like on floor or on beam) and almost everyone would try to get to a spot on a beam to do a side handstand on one bc it was easier and we could hold it longer
