Wish I could get in the gym and join an adult class but I have a progressive neurological condition and I can’t keep balance standing up amount other issues so it’s out of the question, the ‘train smart’ way of thinking pushes me through my physio exercises daily to slow my progression and keep my upper body strong enough to be independent in my wheelchair. Keep it up Nile, everybody is behind you, whatever life ends up throwing your way! ❤️
