Hummus is so so so easy to make, better and fresher. Better soaking dried chickpeas over night but canned will do. Tahini, lemon, olive oil and in mine I add the white part of one green onion and plenty of fresh mint. Lasts a few days, eat all you want and, what's that word? Oh yes, share. Working on that one.
