Menstrual cycle moods 👆
With shifting hormones can come shifts in moods 😃😡😭
Tracking your mood throughout your cycle might show some patterns and if you do find you have shifts, it’s ok and totally normal!
You are allowed to be all the versions of yourself - all your cycle characters are equally awesome
Although sometime I do feel a little afraid of “luteal phase Laura” 😉

I just learned now that the first 3 phases last a few days where as the luteal phase (the hardest phase) is always 14 days long!!!! Wtf man!!!

I’m laughing because I was annoyed she didn’t have on sweat pants at the start of the video. 🤦🏾‍♀️ At 40 something I’m actually just happy I still get my cycle…even though I learn something new every time.😂

For me when I menstrate it doesn’t effect my mood and I don’t get cramps, I feel happy because it makes me feel more womenly. Im 16 and I got it last year at 15, sometimes it skips a couple months like as of right now I haven’t had it in 3-4 months, idk if that’s normal but I don’t have a steady cycle lol.

The western kind of body language does not suits an indian girl...I was in America...this type of body language was seen in blacks,labors and rappers or gangsters...Actual American s tries indian type of body gestures...That is why being yourself works and proves to be authentic...
