As humans, our minds are going a million miles a minute with various thoughts. Take a moment to relax into a meditation with various visuals to keep mental focus sharp, and the racing mind calm. This meditation can help with mental control while getting the mind off stressful situations.
To begin, find a cozy place to sit down, grab a pillow to sit on, and lean up against a wall for extra comfort and back support. Also, option to lay down on a recliner or bed if that suits you more today. Listen to you body. If you are new to meditation, start by breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. We inhale slow and exhale even slower. If you are a more experienced practitioner, go ahead and breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. Stick with it! On average, it can take 3 to 5 minutes to start to slow the breath down. Focus on how it feels as the breath moves through the body. Keep your eyes open and enjoy this slice of nature! ;)

After years of suffering mental health challenges, my life took a dramatic positive shift through a consistent yoga + meditation practice. I am a licensed yoga teacher equipped to help people with chronic stress. Also, I believe accessible yoga can relieve your daily aches & pains.
