25 rn and I have an amazing bf who treats me like how any woman wants to be treated: with loyalty, love, respect and patience. But girl, like you Aileen, my insecurities, traumas and I mean TRUAMAS, and trust issues and maybe a big dab of depression are all in the way of living my life. And it's hard. The podcast got me into tears cuz there were a lot of things I resonated and a lot of things that made me want to reflect too…. I love these so much Aileen, thank you. I need advice : at what point do you think we should "reveal" or let the other person know about our mental health struggles/family problems etc when in the dating phase. I feel like I just want to say it immediately so I don't waste time on someone who might not even want to deal with me, but I also don't want to be going around telling people I clearly don't know well yet and then be left (rinse and repeat) 😖
