the reason why this house gak laku laku in my opinion: 1. overpriced, buat harga 90M bahkan sebelumnya 100M seperti ini tergolong mahal walaupun brand new tpi masih banyak rumah old money di jakpus yg full furnished harga nya lebih terjangkau 2. desain rumah jg terlalu simpel, pilar juga tidak terlalu besar justru made the look of this house kinda cheap 3. No basement, no lift, no rooftops, really? rumah 30M aja bisa dapet
