Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance (2024) Quick Review

We get an exclusive look at the all-new W206 Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance that produces 500 kW and 1020 Nm torque! The biggest talking point is the engine. Scaled down from a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 to a 2.0-litre turbo 4-cylinder, the W206 C63 has the smallest engine ever fitted to a C63, but the hybrid powertrain certainly makes up for it.
To see how it fares against the opposition, we're taking it to Knysna to compete in the Simola Hillclimb event, where it will take on some of the fastest cars in South Africa.

As another AMG supporter... its ok. Incredible performance and great looks, but man is it heavy and quiet. I don't see any reason to get anything more than the C43 now. Also, getting disgusted over a _car_ is next level.

The last of the true AMG C63's was the W204. I'm not enamored by the looks with it resembling a gaping fish mouth. The Germans are producing the fugliest cars - period. Chad tries to "make a case" for this 4 pot but it doesn't fly.
