I own s350 2003 black...best.drive ever...luxury and comfort...feels like a speedboat...still 18yrs after it set the standard for soft close doors sat nav parking sensors massage and heated seats. New s class has exact same.features....nothing compares to the feel of airmatic and elegant interior...still feel the w140 and w220 are headturners and stand out more on the road..

I have a 2002 s430 and love it! No winters no salt. 82k on it. Absolutely love it! Decent mileage and over 32mpg on highway! Better than my 2011 Subaru...

Thanks for the comment. You can't really worry too much about fuel consumption with one of these, but with these current fuel prices they can be a little expensive to run... enjoyable though!

Just got a 2002 S430 for free that had been sitting for 4 years. Nothing wrong with it except it needs 2 window motors and alarm siren module because it wouldn't shut off. This vehicle rides like a dream different from my same era Cadillacs.

I have a 2005 S430 I love it but before this one I had a 2006 S65 AMG and that motherfucker what a monster I miss it so much I wish I never sold it

Does W220 4.3 V8 got turbo charger ? Or is just slowly petrol sucking beast?

I'm sorry i disagree that 0 to 60 time is irrelevant. The driving experience and performance go hand in glove. If a car is ultra slow it spoils the driving experience no matter how good that experience is

Great cars - very nice to drive and reliable, but if you do get an issue then repairs can be a bit pricey (but don't let that put you off, just buy the right car with a nice history). Thanks for watching and for the comment.

Get information about that model,and after that -if you want to buy one - then buy a good one.But as already said,the spare parts are pricey and if you are not a DIY´er,then stay away.

It's beter to buy s500 or s430 cause s600 V12 is not as good as M113 V8 engine.

My experience is positive.I´ve owned S320(-99)for five years,and it´s been reliable and great car to own and drive.Mind you,with older cars the essential thing is that it´s been taken care of by previous owners.No matter what car,you get a lemon if it´s been in the wrong hands.Mercedes cars are well built,and if they have not been neglected,they are a real joy.
