after replacing this parts do we need to take it to get it realignment? just wondering or it should be all goo once we have replace this part.. thank you

I read in the Mercedes info that an alignment wasn’t necessary after this.

This video does not show all the steps, it's absolutely not as simple as this shows, not at all. Misleading at best.

There are two types of upper wishbone (or control arm in the USA). You might have the type where the ball joint cannot be replaced separately and the entire upper wishbone assembly must be replaced. The procedures for that are much more complicated including dropping the shock absorber to get to the two nuts holding the upper wishbone in place. This procedure covers the later updated wish arm assembly where the ball joint can be replaced separately as shown.

@@kiwifella101 exactly, plus people need to keep in mind there are bushings attach at each end that can also be worn out. Meaning the whole arm needs replacing
