I learned to drive the 16 gear splitshift on an old SK in the fire department and I totally love it!!!! ❤ The sound never gets old!

Drove an SK for a few weeks during summer of 1992. Magnificent truck to drive an EPS gearboxed 2435 Powerliner2. Great engine and gearbox combo..... Like all old mercs steering wheel too large! Pulled 38 tonnes no problems..

Damm this truck is so badass. I can barely remember that the sewer workers in our town got these SK Trucks in orange. I was 4yo back then. When i was a child this truck scared me a lot but today i would really apreicate to see one in the streets back again. Sadly in Germany 99% of the trucks are modern Actros or MANs. greetings

we also have the same trucks in orange color that one you see on the channel picture thankfully we still have them but we have also crappy new arocs trucks 😵

and by 2030 the 99% of trucks in Germany will be electric and finding a diesel truck will be as rare as finding one like that and finding one like that will be more rare

Is there any new model truck that is as reliable , affordable and cheap to maintain like the old mercedes-benz sk. Something newer, that is light on fuel and is easy to repair

Schönes Fahrzeug, beschleunigt der eigentlich so recht langsam weil das Gewicht hinten dran für den LKW bisschen hochlastig ist, oder weil du sanft Gas gibst?
