For today's video, I wanted to try something different and do a vlog style merchandising video out in about in store! I would really like to do more of videos like these, and I thought it would be best to start out with a store we all know, love, and shop in probably daily: target. The main focus for this video was observing how major department stores or retailers such as target, rotate their product mostly due to seasonal influence. In retail, holidays are always set up or happening months before it actually happens. This is mainly to get customers excited about the upcoming holidays, encouraging them through their displays, to shop the latest fashion trends, get the most current home decor etc.
