Different engineer kay through aperisor huna chayeye what that mean ? You mean if you sailing as an 4th engineer so you need atleast 3 recommendation from three different cheif engineer . Chief engineer recommend you to the company and then the company will promote you right ?

Hi, I have got 5042 ranks in IMU CET 22, as a general candidate I didn't get into any IMU in first counselling, and I haven't applied for any sponsorship exam( as I didn't know this exist). Expecting some guidance from you for further process. Thank you.
