This has been a long anticipated game I've looked forward to since its probably the only significant game my wife has ever purchased for me, doing so as my birthday/Christmas present of 2019! Many have cited it as potentially the most ambitious boardgame to date regards its completely asymmetric play whilst having the cental economy board that pulls the multilayer experience together. Given that it seemed to be design with solo play in mind also at the get go, for the tremendous amount of content, as a primarily solo player, this was an absolute no brainer! Mine is due to land in the UK 🇬🇧 later this month and absolutely 💯 looking forward to diving into this wonderful piece of potential boardgame history! 😊

the huge 12 scenario solo book is the hotness, there is a base solo mode as well, but that's the one piece I haven't seen yet and I'm excited to see his first big solo design. (same designer for solani)

The Peddler is for solo. You can also use it in a 2 player game as well. Lots to assemble but that's ok. May I'll get this delivered in a week or 2.

Very interested in this game. Bummed I missed the KS campaign. Have Coloma by Pac & Mico, so interested to see their next project. I think Husky is sold at Home Depot's.

I don't know if I paid enough attention yet to answer that :-) I have to assume everything here can fit in one box... Those expansion boxes are basically un necessary.

Hey Alex. Do you ever buy additional storage solutions for your games ? Just seeing how many tokens this game has and knowing its the standard in games (like zombicides) I always hate having them loose at the bottom of the boxes etc. Cheers :)

I haven't watched the video yet, but I don't see it at first: there should be a small packet like a Magic the Gathering booster pack in your all-in delivery box as well. It is *really* easy to miss and I nearly threw the box aside with it still in there. So yeah, be super careful

I am very excited for this game! It looks absolutely beautiful. I passed on the KS but got lucky with a late back through TGG and that is also my first order through TGG so it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

I looked at my phone during aquaman and I was lost through out the whole movie. " I was like where are they now? Why are they there. Wait now they are a different place. Why are they there now." I couldnt keep up at all and I just lost interest. Way to many cuts going to different local for little plot points. But bird of prey is great and so much fun. You can tell they had fun filming it.

Okay, watched the video. You're going to kick yourself for this, but snaplock bags open better by rolling them open - slide the top sideways between your fingers and they just open automatically almost every single time. This works for any snap seal. Of course a knife works literally every time. I just try to keep the bags because landfill and stuff

Almost backed this but ultimately passed. Looks neat. Also instead of raiders of the north sea look into raiders of Scythia. Great game with the same system.

Kershaw or Benchmade (my fav EDC) are the knives you want to look at especially at the EDC level... you want something "interesting" get yourself a karambit!

Not sure which one annoys me less: ...Quackalope's messy 500-piece-pickup unboxing in which my inner neat freak went "AHHHHHHHHHHH" ...or this unboxing, which had me screaming "talk about the game you're currently unboxing, GRAAAAAAAHH" at the screen ...just me and my preferences though, I guess

Unless you're going to get Raiders of the North Sea with all the expansions, I'd suggest Raiders of Scythia instead. It's a better base game IMO. Great video! My interest is piqued for this one.

great unboxing, but oh man Aquaman wasn't a great film IMO. Mostly because it doesn't embody the characters from the graphic novels. Snyders cut was good and feels a lot more like a reel of the comics. Suicide squad is a completely and utterly forgettable film. As a whole I am disappointed with the DC films especially since they aren't doing more to continue Snyder's cut and they want to re-do superman. They won't get a better superman IMO.

The second Wonder Woman was horrible. The plot was a monkey's paw. Gal Gadot deserves a better story. The Snyder cut was better than the original cut but it was 4 hours long so we watched it in 2 sessions.
