I think the reason it plays well at 3 is because 2 people can chat while it isn't their turns

I really enjoy this game. A quick note, although Sugarfoot has "storage space for any one good," the designer and publisher have stated that it's an error, it's a 2x2 storage space.

Let me restore your love for Jurassic World Legacy. There were two islands. Island one is where they created the dinosaurs. Island two is where they released them to live and develop on their own until such a time where they could create more facilities. Conundrum solved!

I not play but, when it is not your turn can't you be planning out what you are going to do when it is your turn so you are doing something during other players turns won't feel like it is all down time ?

You can, but most of the time the other player(s) will be changing things on their turns before it gets back to you, like modifying item values, hero options, contracts, what heroes, items, and contracts they have in their wagon. All of these things can change your priorities. Assuming you are trying to win of course.

Really enjoyed seeing this at two player and hearing your after thoughts. I think the down time between turns without the interactivity would annoy me too, especially playing with someone with bad AP. I have the game but only for solo and for a light pick up & deliver filler I really enjoy it and the AI is insanely basic to maintain. I dont have any of the Garphill games you mentioned so I cant compare there. mulitplayer solo is a great description of this, and why i like it I guess being a 90% solo player - plus there is a solo campaign
