Meringue (Dominican Suspiro)

Күн бұрынIn this new video I will demonstrate how to make the Dominican or Italian meringue. In my opinion one of the best frostings for cakes.
You will need:
3/4 cups water
2 cups granulated sugar
a couple of drops of lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar (separate)
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
8 oz of egg whites
1 candy thermometer
Also a medium pot

Buenos Días Yolanda eres muy especial explicas muy bien.Tienes sanidad usas guantes para evitar las Bacterias.y usas el termómetro esto es muy importante..muchas gracias

Gracias Miguel. Siempre que puedo uso guantes. Aunque a veces no es posible, dependiendo de lo que se esta haciendo. No obstante, las manos siempre deben de estar bien limpias aunque se usen guantes. Gracias por seguir el canal. Bendiciones.
