Can you always keep your eyes open underwater without googles?, don’t they hurt?

It doesn’t hurt anymore, I’m quite used it now! They do get a bit sore and dry after swimming though so I tend to put goggles on if I’m swimming for more than an hour or so

I don’t know exactly but I would say maybe a combination of therapy and starting out in safer waters like pools maybe! Best of luck 🥰🧜🏻♀️
