If the hunter association never got involved then humanity couldve simply dropped 100 Miniature roses on NGL and completely wiped out the chimera ant species from existence.

When showing the horror of war/society Togashi (even in the manga) used several redrawn Pulitzer Prize winning photos and the same in the anime .. might be too old for you ...some of them were even too old for me and I started reading HxH when I was 14
