Mesa Single Rectifier - Hermansson Amplification

Күн бұрынI've rebuilt both channels of this amp, the distortion channel has the Hermansson 4 gain stages circuit + my tightness control. The clean channel is more open-sounding and extra crispy on the top.
Both channels have a lot more distortion available, lower noise floor, better dynamic response, and a more musical EQ.
Extra features for this amp:
• Tight-switch
• Mid boost-switch
• Loop changed to serial
Guitar straight into the amp, TC D-two in the loop. Malmberg 4x12 with Greenbacks.

Tja! Har en single rec jag är intresserad av att modda! Vill cutta lite low-lows och ta bort en del av fizzen i high-enden. Något du kan göra?

Awesome as always, is it true that the main problem of Single Rectos are mainly the trafos? I've read somewhere they were under dimensioned. thanks

As an owner of a Single Rec head and a Rectoverb combo and head... These amps are unsung heroes.... Hermansson just takes them up to another level !!! If he were in the States or I was in Europe I would have an amp modded already.... Damn logistics 😂
