Actually, for me is HALF time (like 46bpm). It's kind of strange, thinking about that slow, but it makes sense. We have a tendency to round tempos between 70 and 140 bpm, but when I hear Lethargica (or even Bleed) I feel a very slow tempo. Just count the 2 and 4 with the snare hit.

Saw them last year, when the song kicked back in with 3:05 the guy next to me stiffed up and legit fell backwards half to the ground on his buddies as if he got fuckin paralyzed. One of the most brutal things I've ever seen, we all felt like that though

Most musicians get bored of the original take so they end up speeding up or slowing down tracks they play out often to keep it fresh. And a little treat for everyone else. At least for me it keeps it fun and almost reignites the original feeling of the track after playing it for years.
