Balon dor is for international as well as club level performance....in world cup holland was not even there....whereas messi won world cup...not only that he was best player.....in a world cup year...u have not even there and how u can think of balon dor....messi no doubt clear winner

This season, how many Man of the Match awards did Haaland receive with City, and how many did Messi receive with PSG? Messi won at every stage when you take a look Haaland misses penalty in a quarter final against Bavarians I mean bayern and since then he fails to score even a single goal from there up to the finals of both FA and CL cups. Messi scored in a big tournament WC against Holland, Croatia and sco🎉red 3 goals in a decisive final match against FRANCE hence MESSI will win the ballon dor 2023.
