Everyone on youtube is so calm and composed when they're doing their hair when I try to style my hair in even a slightly different manner to normal I generally have tears streaming down my face as I scream WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS at myself in the shattered remains of the mirror while blood from the open wound in my hand pools at my feet. She split her hair into three parts (one on each side and the back) made a bun and then two braids. I was waiting for the moment that she didn't show and I didn't see it. Seemed like a really easy to follow tutorial...unless you are referring to another video. :)

Thank you for these videos they are very helpful. I don't usually take the time to do my hair but you make it pretty easy and the 'messy' style makes it so you can't go too far wrong. It would be helpful for newbies like me to show what size and type of elastics to look for and what size and kind of bobby pins to use. There are sooo many out there. Any suggestions and showing exactly what you use would be helpful. As well, I was a little frustrated with this video because I did do this hairstyle once in a super hurry and it ended up quite a bit messier than I would like but I liked the overall look. So when I went back to the video to try again and see how you did the parts I struggled with and didn't know what to do...they are 'edited' out...I'm referring to when you 'place the braid on top'...the first braid. I would really like to have seen how you do it on your own without being able to see. And then where to stick the ends in ...all of that is not shown and you just come back with a 'perfectly' placed and tucked in braid...that is frustrating..that's the part I need to see...it's the trickiest part. So please, don't edit and cut out like that in the future. Thank you.
