He says she is 19 years younger than him, and she’s a drug addict who attacked him and his teen daughter. He’s suing her for half a tax refund. The defendant says the plaintiff filed a false restraining order so he could get custody of their child. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

She was 22 and he was 40 and expected her to act like him? He had 20 years of life experience on her, she still had to live hers. Prime example of a man picking a vulnerable woman and trying to shape her and control her, which he did for 8 years. Can tell he let his daughter bully her too with the fact he refused to let her see her own son because of his daughters actions. How does it make sense that she attacked the daughter after he yelled at her about the lights? Goes to show he was giving the daughter and the defendant trouble over little things and they would argue who put him in the bad mood.

Wow! All my years of watching Judge Mathis, this is the first I've seen him throw out 2 people at once and dismissed their case! You could tell neither the defendant nor her boyfriend wanted to admit she cheated on her husband with him. The dumbfound look on her face was priceless!!!

I don't know why everyone feels sorry for the defendants. The judge asked a very clear question over and over again. She should have simply fixed her face and answer the question truthfully. Like Judge Judy always says, if you're telling the truth you don't have to remember anything. The way she got aggressive with Doyle in the end tells me the judge was right about calling out her attitude.

He ruled wrong and I hope they appeal. His questioning was only about the cheating. She can live her life how she wants. He knew damn well he shouldn’t have been with a 22 year old at 40 🤨. So what he met her 2 weeks and moved her in. What does this have to do with the case? I didn’t see him saying much about a old man that decided to be with a 22 year old. I usually love Judge Mathis but this is totally wrong. He let his emotions get the best of him and effect the outcome of the case.

I get the feeling she is easily taken advantage of and that's why she did those things like cheating during the marriage and posing for pictures plus the age gap at the time. Life is way too short for all this drama. The plantiff shouldn't have gotten involved with this defendant because for one she was two young and had two children beforehand. That was a red flag right from the start. Mathis was way out of pocket in this situation. He needs to go!!!

Yep. I think he lets his personal feelings get in the way of his rulings sometimes. If he doesn't agree with something a litigate has going on their life, they lose. I think a lot of the questions he asks people are none of his business because they have nothing to do with the case sometimes. He just wants to gossip.

I ain’t gonna lie but this time I really just felt the defendants were too shocked and caught off guard to answer. I feel they may have broken morals laws but they didn’t commit a crime to be judged so harsh by the Judge. You can definitely tell they knew they caught in their lies concerning cheating but when my dear Judge gets an attitude may there be mercy on you or shall I say they should thrown themselves on the mercy of the court..Lol

First of all, the judge didn't like how the boyfriend told her to "speak up for herself". It's HIS courtroom and HE decides when someone gets to speak. Then for someone who has so much to say, he was being evasive with answering the question. Not saying the judge was totally right, but the boyfriend was definitely not helping her case.

Nah, I think she did everything he said she did and both of them doing that studder stepping at the end just solidified The judges ruling. That man was hurt you could hear it in his voice. If this had been the lady making all of these allegations towards him and he was sitting on the defendant side with his girlfriend while they were just separated, people would be dogging him out for it.

JM didn't throw/dismiss over her cheating. He asked the BF like 4x's the same question and he wouldn't answer, then he asked him to have a seat and the BF kept talking, that's when he got kicked out. Poor girl was just caught in the crossfire 😆

Judge Mathis judged that woman from the beginning sometimes he can be really wrong. Even if she did cheat on the man he wasn’t innocent in what he was doing he allowed him to speak virtually uninterrupted but JM was doing the interrupting when she was speaking. That can frazzle anyone and of course even in mutual combat a kid fighting an adult the adult will be in the wrong. 🤷🏽♀️

I didn't judge her from the beginning and by the end I didn't believe her either. She and the boyfriend were WAY too evasive and as the judge pointed out, their answers didn't make sense. Supposedly the plaintiff turned the son against her. What proof is there of that??? Maybe he just didn't like Mommy Dearest because he saw her for what she really is. He asked her to bring the cops to get her stuff??? I would've too after an altercation like that. Which was with his DAUGHTER by the way and didn't have to do with him so she can't sue him for that anyways. The courts ordered her to keep away from the house, not him.

And it all started because of their personal business. He did not like how it was turning so he turned against them

I think the defendant was stimulated by the plaintiffs accusations. She did look at the judge like she was going to murder him. But she looked like that when she came in. I think that’s just her face 😂😂
