@Stormy I'm not gonna lie this was a very difficult one because of the way it happened and some of the verbiage used, For 1 she did say if 6 was born but to be fair if there were 10 dogs born she would have took 2 so it's only fare that no matter what she should have got 2 especially since one passed I think the defendant could of have compassion and still have her 2 knowing that was her desire just out of good faith. Then they could have later on bred more and kept doing business with grooming aswell.But maybe it was her attitude that messed it up from the beginning.

Puppies are often promised/sold to other people. If she wanted two puppies she should have stood firm on that regardless of the litter size
