Hi friends, today I wanted to share a very productive vlog decluttering in my messy to minimalism series where I'm decluttering my whole house starting with the hallway closet, living room storage and toy wardrobe.
I hope you find this video helpful with some of my best decluttering tips and ideas for decluttering your whole house and if you're wondering how to start decluttering when overwhelmed. I wanted to show how much can be achieved in just a few hours but please remember, decluttering really is a muscle that need to be trained to grow and we all have our own journey, I'm simply sharing mine in hope that you'll find some serious declutter motivation and some helpful decluttering tips.

I didn't realize how attached someone could be to some bizarre baby stuff... until I tried to get rid of a walker. Physically, it has a better replacement, so I wasn't depriving my child in anyway, but damn the emotional side I was not ready for! I was so upset I made the decision initially but it needed to be happen. I don't have a huge space to store stuff for sentimental reasons, esp at that size. It's gone now, and I do feel lighter emotionally even after day 1.

Such great insight! Thank you for sharing! I'm so sorry I'm late in replying as I took an extended break. I completely understand and it's such a process to work through - especially when I hear you have limits with storage, and I can completely relate. I'm so glad you feel lighter and had the courage to make that decision as it's the emotional and sentimental ones that are so hard and ultimately, we have to do what's right in the season we're in. I hope the 'physically better' replacement is serving you well now :) xx
