Today, I'll be performing a stock analysis for Meta (Facebook) and trying to estimate it's Intrinsic Value. First, I use the teachings of Warren Buffett and Nick Sleep to see if Meta is a 'high-quality compounder', by looking at the Return on Capital Employed, the Return on Incremental Capital Employed and the Reinvestment Rate. Then, I analyse their advertising business, talk about the Metaverse, and at the end of the video I show you my valuation estimate based on my future predictions of Meta's stock price. As always, this is NOT a buy/sell recommendation.. I'm just some guy on the internet trying to predict the future so this video is just for entertainment and educational purposes
