Very nice; could never understand why people would want a 125mm grinder when one can have a 150 or even a 180mm ( Vielen Dank Metabo!!!) grinder. The cutting depth is so little to begin with so why not try get a bigger cutting disc to start with??? I am glad I bought the 150 which is a nice size only to notice that now Metabo are doing what Flex did a few years ago with their Tadpole model; that's to say offer a 180mm cutting disc on their small grinders. Well done, I look forward to seeing more Metabo tools in action. Kind regards.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, that's right... with the 180mm grinder you have a cutting depth of 60mm... no chance with a 125mm grinder.

Thank you very much for your courteous reply. My 150 only manages a mere 40 or so millimetres which is just about adequate for most destructive tasks. As the disc gets larger so does the gyroscopic effect, but still a good idea for those needing that extra cutting depth wrapped up in a small package.
