You did exactly what I did when I opened the case and opened it upside down. 😄Open it with the silver 'Metabo' label at the top and everything stays neatly in place!

I've got mine, tried adjusting the depth of the chase but can't get it to budge and the toggle doesn't seem to turn enough... have you been able to adjust it?

Hi bud, yep I struggled with it for ages until I realised what it was.... kind of hard to explain in writing but imagine your using a spanner on a nut, lift it off, back to the start, put it back down and twist again. Hope that makes sense

It would be great if they did a cordless version. The third wheel and triple blades would be even better and cleaner job.

I hear good things about the dewalt cordless one, but I’ve yet to try it

Cablesmith Electrical It sure it has the third wall addition capability to fully chase the middle and avoid having to do double the work with an sds drill. The metabo has that functionality.

Math Man yea the metabo has that 3 blade disc that takes out the whole chase. Unsure anybody else makes the same as of yet

A cordless chaser is a bit pointless when you are tethered to a hose anyway. Might as well just cable tie the lead to the hose and not have to constantly charge/change batteries.

Those triple blades are crazy expensive. I'm not sure it is worth it for the money I earn.

Yep they are expensive. I’ve still not used one. I really don’t know if I’ll even bother buying one now I’m used to it without it’s still great

You can get a 20mm wide double blade for half the price that will do 20mm conduit.
